Right of withdrawal
The customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No. 206 and subsequent amendments, has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, giving notice to L’Olinda by calling the number by phone +39 393 916 4881 or by writing to shop@lolinda.it.
L’Olinda will take care of refunding the amount paid within 14 days of the customer’s communication of the withdrawal. In any case, any shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning the goods to L’Olinda are refunded together with the price of the goods and any contributions paid by the customer. It is specified that to make a return, the package must necessarily be intact and contain all closed and sealed bottles. Returns of open, semi-open, with missing or already opened bottles, or of damaged packages after the delivery of the courier service will not be accepted.

For any report, complaint or request for information, you can contact the address directly: shop@lolinda.it quoting the order number assigned at the conclusion of the online purchase and reported in the order confirmation sent by email.

Protection of minors
Minors under the age of 18 are not authorized, unless under the supervision of an adult family member, to transmit orders from the online order form.
